McDonald's in Monchengladbach

Very full and long wait, waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers ?

Very clean and modern. There are a large number of parking spaces.

Order again there were missing things and a long wait again

Were very quick and friendly. Have shown a lot of consideration for my little daughter and asked again if she had already received her toys. It was very busy and trd they were very friendly. I just found it strange that there were guests in the restaurant in a lockdown.

Degree is always very full but everyone is always nice

Your standard McDonald's nothing special or out of the ordinary. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely quick service.

Is is for a quick little snack when you are feeling peckish. Many other things are closed, especially on Sundays.

When you can only be awake for an hour and still need to eat. Then that's ok

Currently, max. 3 people in the restaurant. Corona makes it possible. Even so, the staff remain patient and friendly. There's a lot going on in the MC Drive. Unfortunately, you are then not allowed to eat your food in the parking lot.

So normally I don't mind, but when I order something from McDonald's it arrives quickly hot and usually tasty. What irritated me, however, was that they didn't wear a uniform when I handed over my goods, but a black adidas sweater that was unfortunately quite hairy, point that you should perhaps avoid in the future, otherwise very nice staff

Overworked and unfriendly staff. "The branch manager" has nothing under control. Termination without notice would be appropriate. Orders often incomplete. Burgers mostly lukewarm. Long waiting times. By far the worst branch in Mönchengladbach.

There is only one thing you can say when you have children: I love it. When it comes to fast food, it's the restaurant that you know and love. Reasonable prices, nice staff. Really recommend. Again any time.

The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. Any special requests were not a problem. Served very quickly even though many customers were there on a Sunday lunch and the MC drive was full. Super organized. Hope it stays that way ?

Very rude manager. I stood right in front of the issue and waited for my number to be called. It didn't take long either, then she almost yelled at me in a very unfriendly manner that she had called my number several times and that I would have to stay close. I stood right in front of it and this rude lady who is definitely not suitable for customer traffic has turned on me so unfriendly that I would have gladly taken the tray and thrown it at her feet. I have never experienced something like that!!! Just the last thing like that should be dismissed immediately!

Fine restaurant. Very close to competitors. But fine. With corona quite strict. But that's more in this part of Germany. Fine eaten. Only special that so much smoking is allowed on the terrace. 'healthy outdoor air'

Quickly served in the MC Drive, service was friendly. Had a royal cheese, so it was good hot. A Frappe, wasn't Borner, too many ice cubes in there. Otherwise everything is ok.

Just a regular, everyday McDonald's experience. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Great vegan burger, fast service. Toilet reason to get a point from the maximum. We are in transit to winter sports in Austria.

Food was cold, manager wasnt very helpfull and i doubt she ever heard of hospitality.

Branch is big with many seats. Not crowded at the time I went there. Service was good and quick.

The last time I was there, the staf managed to ignore me for almost ten minutes. I could not order and left without even a Coffee

I was there with my family I think there is not enough room and kids have no one to have fun but as service is very good

Friendly staff, clean shop. Open till late. People behind the corner are not hasty but keep on going in a nice way. A place to go again.

Fast Service Good with changes and rather surprisingly You actually get what you order. One of the better cleaner branches better than average. 8.4.2018 Update. Again there with the kids. The first person on the till was not very good, but the duty manager was absultly brilliant he sorted any issues with a really happy and friendly "no problem" he is exactly the correct person to be a manager. He was not hiding but up front with the customers. I hope he was the manager as he was the only one in a different uniform, and black studs in both ears. If you get him to serve you will have a really good service. I hope that he is recognised with as good as he is.
